About Twisted Cycle
Twisted Cycle is an hour-long workout that combines indoor cycling and two strength-training circuits. We combine our workouts with state of the art technology to track your heart rate, calories, and challenges. We have over 15 different formats, which vary the duration of time spent on the circuits and the bike. The workout is separated into three different versions, based on the strength of a tornado: F3 = Beginner F4 = Advanced F5 = Elite The workout changes every day with varying focuses on muscle groups, strength, cardio, balance, and muscular endurance.
