Two Brown Girls Consulting Cooperative is the brainchild of Aja Taylor and Nicole Newman, two master facilitators who have for years worked with organizations seeking to shift from a social service to a social justice model, to change the ways that they relate to the people they serve and to chart a path toward becoming an actively anti-racist institution.
