We combine coaching, counseling, and courses that are built on a Christian foundation. These coexist in a unique, tailored-to-you blend in every session, more simply stated as "Expert, Custom, Solutions! We help you nail down health and growth along with some discovery and freedom all while simultaneously fighting to acquire the clarity and courage necessary to step into the life you’ve always wanted! Only God can defuse our past while positioning us for an incredible future, using both the good and bad we've experienced to build our tomorrow. We use “counseling” to describe helping people who still need to process wounds and losses from their past. The stuff that bleeds into the present and discolors life with pain, wounds, trauma, negativity, defensiveness, self-protection, addiction, reactionary impulses, and inevitable limitation. Counseling is a backward and inward look. Think traditional counseling or talk therapy. “Coaching” is what we offer those looking to step up their game. People who want to live to their fullest potential. Coaches challenge us to reach a new level of presence, selflessness, service, and productivity. Coaching is a forward and outward look. Coaches show us how to live at a higher level of “reasonable risk,” purpose, and sacrifice for the good of the “team.” Think traditional athletic coaches like those on the sidelines. “Christianity” refers to spirituality as it’s presented in the Bible and modeled by the historic figure, Jesus Christ. Christianity is an eternal and upward look. But the eternal carries present implications that many overlook. So we are primarily for people who consider themselves followers of Jesus. Think Bible-based without the rules, formulas, narrowness, condemnation, religiosity, and hypocrisy. In addition to counseling and coaching, we mentor Christ-followers into ever deeper levels of relationship with God. Think Christianity that works!
