About twofold Thinking

twofold Thinking is the combination of the husband and wife team of Mike and Kendall Keller. Their talents and backgrounds are very different, but together offer services to ensure their clients are successful. Mike by trade is an architect. But in addition to his design talents, he has also owned and operated a successful architecture firm he and his partners began in 2002. Mike retired from Studio Four Design in March 2018 and co-founded twofold Thinking, his third company since turning 38 years old, which uses his 30 years of design experience and 15 years of business experience to help small businesses manage their businesses better and to “work smarter and not harder”. Mike enjoys mentoring and sharing what he has learned with other small businesses and been an adjunct professor teaching the Professional Practice Class at his alma mater, the University of Tennessee. Kendall is a project manager with extensive experience in business analytics and accounting. Working for over 20 years at a Forbes Top 25 Private Company of 2017, she honed her skills in IT and multiple financial and marketing departments in the areas of business intelligence, training, and managing various projects from software development, upgrades, and implementations to large scale event planning. More recently, Kendall has enjoyed helping clients as a consultant on healthcare projects that involve agile and scrum methods. The common thread through it all is her ability to understand needs, organization and attention to details, and lead teams to meet goals on time and on budget - all while having fun and creating a positive environment.
