About TWSCON

TWSCON is a small company located in Brno in the Czech Republic. As a young company we are looking for new challenges of customers’ problems. We provide expert services to customers across a wide range of industries. We are especially strong in structural analyses by FEM of industrial and technological structures (Heat exchangers, Filters, Reactors, Piping, Pressure vessels, etc.), thin-walled structures and devices (Silos, Chimneys, etc.) and storage tanks. The major field of our work includes the design of static equipment based on static and dynamics stress analyses by FEM, evaluation of structure technical condition and their residual life assessment. We are very familiar with structural stress analyses by using finite element methods with the RFEM (by DLUBAL) and ANSYS programmes. Our company offers services in the field of design, assessment and inspection. We also draw up inspections plans including methodology for evaluation of technical conditions. Everything we do for minimal probability of failure. From our own research we have developed the ASTlife programme. It is a unique and innovative system solution for the management of inspections, monitoring service life and ecological aspect of storage tanks operation, pipeline networks and mechanical equipment at storage tank terminals. Now we are in the finalizing process with the ASTlife programme. We do not apply ready-made solutions for any project, our solutions are always tailored. With use of our extensive in-depth industry knowledge, operational expertise and knowledge of leading technical inventions, we always find solutions for our customers’ problems. We are very flexible, therefore each problem is treated with the same diligence. Each of our steps are made according to our motto "Think simply, think innovatively."
