TXTONOMY is a telehealth company that takes on the challenge of increasing patient care while decreasing costs through the use of chatbots. Chatbots are HIPAA-compliant, interactive messaging tools that allow a physicians’ expertise to be in the patients’ hands. No matter which field of medicine, chatbots can reinforce prescribed care and increase compliance, patient satisfaction, and patient outcomes. The unique nature of our technology allows a physicians influence to carry on long after the patient leaves the office providing increased influence in the patients choice to live a healthy life. We create a sustainable model for clinics, pharmacies, hospitals, and healthsystems, by helping them increase their quality measures, increase patient compliance, increase MACRA/MIPS scores, and by providing a tool with the chatbot that may be billed through insurance as a remote patient monitoring tool. Our chatbots are created and revised by board certified physicians to ensure best practice is implemented. Data are taken to update the bot in real-time. Updates allow for continual improvement based on feedback from your patients. Currently, we have chatbots in many fields of medicine including pregnancy, post-mastectomy care, venous care, orthopedic surgery, pain management, pharmacies and bariatric weight loss surgery.
