With direct access from Vancouver and Whistler, we make heliskiing in British Columbia easy! Summers at Tyax are magical too. TLH Heliskiing built a reputation for offering world-class adventure in the heart of the Canadian wilderness. After nearly two decades of success, TLH Heliskiing merged with Tyax Wilderness Resort & Spa, bringing the best of both worlds together to provide a seamless boutique heliski resort experience. In 2010, Tyax Wilderness Resort & Spa underwent a major renovation, maintaining the original log structure and completely refurbishing it to a new standard of mountain luxury. New guest facilities were added and major updates were made to the spa and kitchen. In 2017, a new name reflecting the consolidated brand and harkening back to our roots, Tyax Lodge & Heliskiing moves towards the future. Tyax Lodge is one of Canada's top wilderness accommodations. After a long day of activities, a warm fire and a cold drink start to look pretty good. Now add a hot tub and a three-course meal. A single-malt whisky and a game of billiards. Perhaps a massage. Getting the idea? When we completely renovated this massive log lodge in 2010, we wanted to bring a sense of pampered elegance to this lakeside wilderness, without losing the rustic touches that let you know you’re a long way from downtown.
