From October 1995 through 2001, Mr. Gold was principal partner in the Law firm of Gold and Eisenberg, P.A. This firm became known as Tyler A. Gold, P.A. in 2001. Both firms acted as in-house counsel to one the largest independent title insurance agencies in South Florida, providing legal advice and guidance to the company in its issuance of over one hundred title insurance policies per month. Both firms concentrated on commercial and residential real estate matters, primary in the areas of mortgage foreclosure, eviction actions, tax deed matters, quiet title actions and homestead claims under Florida Constitution. Mr. Gold currently acts as legal counsel to many local and statewide investors in their mortgage related transactions and litigation matters. In addition, Mr. Gold currently acts as closing agent and legal counsel for Litton Loan Servicing, LP, MDWebb, Inc., Corelogic, Aurora Loan Services, HSBC Mortgage Corp, LPS, First American REO and Chase Mortgage Co. The firm employs a pro-active approach to REO and eviction files, working closely with Asset Managers and our realtors to clear title and sell our properties as quickly and efficiently as possible. Mr. Gold is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar, the Real Property Division of the Florida Bar and REOMAC, and is a title agent for Chicago Title Company, Stewart Title Guaranty Corp., Attorney’s Title Insurance Fund/Old Republic Title and First American Title Insurance Company.
