About Type Pro
As a Coach or People Development Professional, being able to work with Personality Type is one of the most valuable tools you can have in your kitbag. Helping clients gain awareness of their Personality Type provdes rapid insight, a 'language' to describe experiences, and a framework for enabling more informed choices. The potential applications are vast, and include self-awareness, communication, influencing, leadership, team working, relationships, career choices, education, shadow work and parenting. At Type Pro, our mission is to teach Coaches how to use Personality Type to enhance their offering, tailored to their own particular client base, industry and purpose. Designed with Coaches in mind, our program goes deeper into individual and team dynamics than most other courses on offer, and at a fraction of the price. Our Personality Type training blends distance learning with highly interactive learning. In addition to group seminars, each trainee receives up to 3 hours of individual training to personalise their experience. The training is delivered online by our global team of experts, each with at least 20 years’ experience of using Personality Type - many are leading authors in the field. Because of our unique online delivery, you can fit our training around your busy work schedule and complete it at your own pace, at work or from home. This reduces cost, travel expenses and time out of the office, and yet it is still highly social and collaborative. Established in 2016 by Dr Angelina Bennet and Gareth English, we have trained 100s of Coaches and HR professionals around the world, and were awarded the Nimble Training Award in 2017. Our division, Type Pro Ed, is specifically designed for educators and is led by Jane Kise, a world leader in the application of Type to Education.
