Unlocking Black Brilliance: Solutions for Schools, Businesses & More U&I-RISE unlocks Black American success in schools, businesses, and organizations, fostering collective will for community transformation. We are dedicated to providing targeted solutions and interventions that address the unique challenges and needs within these environments, focusing on creating lasting, positive change. Our vision is to create healed Black communities where schools, businesses, and organizations flourish and reflect shared values across generations. We strive to establish environments where everyone is empowered to achieve their full potential, contributing to a prosperous and united community. About U&I-RISE: U&I-RISE is an innovative adult education and training company, specializing in solving problems faced by Black Americans in educational, professional, and community settings. We contract with schools, businesses, institutions, and organizations with a majority of Black families, employees, and/or members, offering programming that aims to produce productive parents, successful students, effective and ethical employees, and conscientious citizens. At School: We address the Opportunity Gap and Achievement Gap by fostering a strong School-Home connection, ensuring that education is a collaborative, community-driven effort. At Work: We focus on strengthening work ethic and decreasing interpersonal conflicts and other distractions, thereby improving productivity and creating a positive work environment. In the Community: Our efforts are geared towards rebuilding community cohesion, strengthening both intra- and inter-family relationships to foster a sense of unity and mutual support. U&I-RISE is more than just a company; it's a commitment to a brighter, equitable future for Black Americans in all aspects of life.
