Ubix brings together our experience in management and lean implementation with Swift Print’s range of products and services to support manufacturing and service companies in delivering and improving their processes. As the director of Ubix, Michael offers a wealth of expertise in engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain management with over 20 years’ manufacturing experience and 18 years in Lean consultancy. Having held senior roles in engineering, operations and general management internationally, Michael has led a number of change initiatives including Lean/WCM Implementation, New Product Development and Introduction, Process Re-Engineering, Organisational Change/Restructuring and TPM. Ubix was built from this Lean consultancy expertise and an expertise for visual management and production improvement. Michael created Ubix to uniquely leverage on his experience and Swift Prints services, to support sustained continuous improvement with high quality, specialised products and services.
