Next, the estimating team will create a contract clearly detailing everything that was in the design. The estimating team will inform you about the different materials being used, what we are building, and where we are building it so everyone is on the same page. During the construction process, we will take photos and share them with you so you can see how your dream comes to life. Work Quality The quality work and attention to detail is very important to us at UBL. It is in the quality of work and attention to detail that your back yard fantasy can become a reality. To ensure that the quality of work, there is always at least one owner on site either completing the work or overseeing the job to confirm that work is at UBL Standards. Fully Satisfied Customers Once the job is complete, the foreman will do a site walk with you to make sure we did everything we said we were going to do in the contract and surpass your expectation. We want to make sure your experience was so positive that you’ll tell everyone about us. If we missed something we can guarantee we will not leave until it is completed and completed to your desire.
