About UConn Case Club
The UConn Case Club was founded on the understanding that real-world business experience provides headway in gaining skills and knowledge that is beneficial in today’s workforce. While in school, today’s students are taught an orthodox way of learning that includes tests and textbooks. While this is beneficial for knowledge, it doesn’t always help students transition to their prospective careers. This Club focuses on competing in business-related case competitions that better prepare students for classes, future internships, and jobs while also allowing them to network at these events. As with our case competitions, we focus on diversification, where members can sign up for different types of competitions, from ones that focus on topics related to business. Our main goal is to give our members and students at the University of Connecticut skills and instincts to give them an advantage in the real world.
