UDC was founded in 1999 and is one of the largest festival creators in The Netherlands. UDC is the driving force behind one of the longest running day time dance festivals in the world, Dance Valley (est. 1995). UDC is also responsible for the largest ‘Dutch artists only’- festival, named Dutch Valley, and the only night festival in the Netherlands, Ground Zero.
