Our Studio/Our Practice UDSarchitects, founded in 1996 by Pavlos Antoniades and Andreas Eleftheriou has its main offices in Limassol. The practice works on commercial, residential, resort and mixed development projects in Cyprus, providing full architecture, masterplanning and construction supervision services for both Developing Sector and Private Owners. UDSarchitects being multilingual and multicultural, has work during the last years with a number of famous and well-established International Design firms such as Robert A.M. Stern Associates, EDSA, and Benoy, on very important projects in Cyprus including Aphrodite Hills, Venus Rock Project, and DEL-Mare Residences. The practice's project portfolio includes a number of Office Buildings in main commercial avenues of Limassol and Larnaca, a number of Appartment Buildings in prestigous residential areas of Limassol and Nicosia, resorts and mixed development in Limassol and Paphos, as well as a large number of private houses all over Cyprus. Our work has won international awards and has been published extensively. Our Philosophy/Our Vision/Mision statement The practice driven by a consistent academical and philosophical approach, not a predetermined house style, it aims to create specifically designed buildings that are intemately connected to context and function. The work of UDSarchitects is based upon a solid foundation of design excellence and proficient project management, as well as an understanding of the Client scope and the project fuctionality, cost and time parameters. Working directly with the design team, Pavlos Antoniades and Andreas Eleftheriou are actively involved in the design and supervision of each project from the initial Concept Stage through Schematic Design and Design Development stage, Construction and Completion
