This allows us to earn high yields while mitigating downside risk throughout market cycles. Fund Strategy: We take a diversified approach to blockchain. We underwrite a potential investment based on three categories: 1) Experienced Team: Do they have a track record and something to lose if this doesn’t work? 2) Clear Roadmap and Compelling Future: What’s the growth potential of this technology, and what’s the path for its usage? 3) Real-World Utility: How many developers are building on the platform and using it every day? We couple this underwriting with our risk mitigation strategy, which involves earning processing fees for transactions. In decentralized finance, you can earn fees for processing transactions. These fees can yield anywhere from 5-50% per year, which helps mitigate volatility in crypto markets. We are a Regulation D 506(c) fund, and can publically advertise. We only accept capital from accredited investors.
