英国华夏文化协会（UK China Culture Association，简称UCCA）是在英国正式注册登记的文化交流社团。协会会址设于英国伦敦市。自本会成立以来一直致力于传承及弘扬中华文化，宗旨是促进华侨华人与英国各界人士的沟通、交流和合作，并通过举办展览、论坛、洽谈会、研讨会等多种形式的活动以推动华夏文化的发展，并着力于扩大中华民族悠久的历史文明在英国的影响力，促进华夏文化与当地文化的交流，提高华夏文化的知名度；同时，开展各类活动以促进国内团体与英国及英语国家之间的交流，形成中英文化交流的桥梁。英国国会荣誉奖章获得者慈善晚宴组委会中国事务委员会主席-贝学贤先生，祖籍中国广西，旅英多年，现任英国华夏文化协会会长、中英友好城市联盟主席、江苏省侨联海外委员，江苏侨界青年总会副会长,重庆海外联谊会常务理事，广西梧州市人民政府海外特聘顾问、英国广西同乡总会主席、广西医科大学海外理事、广西贵港侨联海外顾问，英国华文教育基金名誉顾问等40多个社团的重要职务。同时贝学贤先生任职于英中国际投资集团董事局副主席,英国龙裔传媒集团独立董事,英国奥必索投资有限公司独立董事,英国华人黄页编辑委员会总顾问兼荣誉主编等. 贝学贤先生也是首位获得“英国国会社区服务贡献奖文化奖章”殊荣的华人侨领。他也是英国奥运艺术项目的文化大使和英国环境食物和农业部环保及食品卫生推广大使以及多个英国政府部门的中国事务部主管等
