UK Rail’s project managers are fully trained and conversed with all aspects of project delivery from inception to completion, including Safety, commercial, resourcing, design approach, and innovation. The dedicated teams are single sponsored to UK Rail, this alleviates any third-party influences when coming to securing the relevant trained staff to assist in delivering your works. Our delivery teams are highly motivated and multi-skilled which allows them to be integrated in to the works schedule after the worksite services have been performed, this “can do” attitude and training significantly reduces the onsite costs without compromising delivery or safety.
