UKR are specialist contractors working within the insurance industry, main contracting and development sectors in and around Reading and central London. We have experience working on all aspects of domestic and commercial claims/ projects and developments. On the front line of customer facing claim validations and repairs and taking on large loss or tendering for large projects inReading, Oxford and London. UKR understand that each client works in individual ways and adopt a flexible approach to working with each one. UKR carry out validation for clients and we also have surveyors who are experienced drying technicians, have in house drying capability, are qualified for asbestos testing and have tradesmen who carry out all aspects of repair/ construction to the highest standard. UKR have built up a large and efficient team both in house and external suppliers over the years, all of which are highly trained in the use of the latest modern technology which streamlines our claim/ project processes, speeding up claim/project lifecycles as a result. We have 4 operational premises in Reading, Chorleywood, Bovingdon and London with multi screen workstations for a modern efficient approach. Our management teams set our clients expectations from the outset and manage each project efficiently through to fruition. Our live project management systems allows realtime live dates to be given to customers on first inspection where insurance claims are being made and our in-house task system ensures that each project is effectively managed to control spend and life cycle, resulting in satisfied customers and repeat business from clients.
