Rex Repass, founder of ULTAVU Consulting LLC, has more than 40 years of business leadership experience. Why the name ULTAVU? ULTA is derived from both Latin and Hindi and means to "change one's opinion" or to "reverse course," while VU is an abbreviation for "volume meter," a device to measure volume. For communications and branding professionals, changing one's opinion and dealing with loud "noise" in the marketplace is how brands gain or lose strength, and how reputations are enhanced or eroded. At ULTAVU, we use our many years of experience to help organizations sustain growth strategies, while building brand strength and enhancing the client's overall reputation. Rex and his colleagues have provided brand and reputation guidance to large and small companies, educational institutions, and non-profit organizations involving complex reputational issues.
