A vision to develop quality commercial, retail and residential properties inspired the setting up of Umiya in the year 2000 in Bangalore. After establishing itself in Bangalore for the first few years, Umiya expanded its footprint to Goa in 2007. Business is all about relationships. We have gained considerable experience in developing retail mall spaces at prime locations and office spaces for corporate offices, particularly the IT/ITES sector.
