About Umoja Partnership

We believe that education is the key to a better future for Chulaimbo’s orphans and vulnerable children and their communities. The Umoja Project has developed a compassionate and comprehensive network of care to respond to the needs of these children and has created programs that help these students overcome the many obstacles that affect their ability to stay in school and perform their best. Mission We are a partnership of many faiths, from different cultures, on two different continents, united in our service to change lives by keeping children in school. Service We are dedicated to serving the orphans and vulnerable children, and their communities, in western Kenya. Integrity We operate in a fair and transparent manner, holding each other accountable. Faith We are compassionate and motivated to serve, respecting all faiths. Commitment We are dedicated to our mission long-term, ultimately empowering our partners and students to sustainably serve their own. Unity We work together to achieve lasting positive impact on the Chulaimbo area of Western Kenya.
