We all have stress and unfortunately different forms of trauma from our childhood. After years of traditional therapy and healing modalities, we felt like something was missing. The same issues would keep coming back. Whether you are a teacher seeking respite from the chaos of the classroom, a parent striving to balance the demands of family and career, or a corporate professional grappling with the pressures of business, we are here to support you on your path to becoming a more balanced version of yourself. We are here to share what we discovered with you so that you can unlock the self-healing within and get clarity on how you want to spend this lifetime with your colleagues, family and friends. Somatic Breathwork is a modality that uses innate intelligence connecting the body to the mind by using your breath to create space, clear out emotional stress and physical pain. We are fully certified by SomatIQ™ Breathwork out of Austin, TX which uses circular, connected inhales and exhales combined with breath holds to activate and regulate your nervous system. Through a guided session accompanied by music you can release through a range of emotional responses and get clarity on your life. We believe all humans have a right to freedom and peace in their lives and we are here to support you!
