Creating a space for women to come together as a community to recreate, learn outdoors skills, and become better conservationists. A Dream Team of women are hosting and partnering with local businesses to create a safe place for the fastest growing demographic in the outdoors that continues to hit barriers. Women. Our goals are to build an inclusive community, build confidence in outdoor skills, all while teaching ethical habitat and wildlife practices. We are over the discrimination, we repeat, over it. We are reaching out to each other to go on fun adventures for friendship and our own mental health. We want to leverage our network of experienced outdoorswomen to teach each other how to recreate responsibly and practice ethical hunting and fishing standards. Conservation is one of our highest priorities. Having a good time is just below that. We employ experienced women who want to work in the outdoor industry. Some of our leaders have lived in the woods all of their lives, while others were bitten by the outdoor bug in their adult years. Regardless, they've all come together for the same reason, to share their knowledge and enjoy the outdoors. We want to give support to women with professional opportunities to “run their own show” with this paid, plug and play community.
