Our job is to provide top quality pet products by renowned global brands that anyone in the pet business, whether a vet's office or a pet shop, would recommend. We are not only focused on expensive or exclusive products. Our product range is very extensive and includes products of all types and price ranges that will satisfy even the pickiest of customers. We continuously put new product ranges on offer, we pay attention to and recognize our customers’ needs and introduce the latest trends into the region. And as we have adopted and developed knowledge that is specific to product distribution, encouraged by our suppliers, in 2006 we started to expand our business. We established a subsidiary company in Belgrade and began the distribution of products to all countries in our region. In 2012 we acquired a national pet chain store called ZOOCITY and today we have 50 stores all across Croatia. In ZOOCITY one can find everything one needs for his or her pet: premium products and only the best service provided by trained staff, professional vets and grooming experts. With development of our brick & mortar stores, we also work hard on our online development: our clients can shop directly on our ZOOCITY web site (http://www.zoocity.hr/). Our mission is to provide a wholesome, recognizable and top quality offer of superior pet products and services all across Croatia. In 2020 we changed our company name from ZOO HOBBY to UNCONDITIONAL so that we could be even more in line with our growth and development. We cherish teamwork and engagement.
