Welcome to the Unconventional School of Yoga 200-Hour Classical Yoga Teacher Training offered both Online & In-Person! This will be an exciting NEW opportunity to enhance your yoga practice and expand the beneﬁts in all areas of your life. It is our belief, that the path to expanding the heart and mind, rests in our commitment to learning and understanding the teachings curated by the old Yogis, Buddhas, Gurus, and Rishis. Yoga is more than a physical exercise but is a way of life, is a thought process, an attitude, a state of being, and consciousness. Live lectures will be conducted via Zoom. Prerecorded videos will also be available on YouTube. A Zoom invitation will be emailed to add to your calendar. Modules: • Asana + Pranayama • Yoga Philosophy + The Sutras • Anatomy + Physiology • Methodology + Technique • Principles of Teaching • Practice Teaching • Eastern Modalities • The Business of Yoga For In-Person training, the schedule will be as follows: Requirements: • 12 Intensive weekends (12 Month Program. 1 Intensive weekends per month) • 185contact classroom hours • 15 non-contact hours Dates: • TBD *Certificates will be mailed once the program is complete and all monies are paid in full In-Person Times: • Saturday 10am-6pm (Breaks will be scheduled accordingly) • Sunday 10am-5pm (Breaks will be scheduled accordingly) Online is Asynchronous with live lectures offered Synchronous through Zoom. Investment: • Online tuition costs $325 • In-Person tuition costs $2,995
