We have designed and built 1650+ (and counting) Restaurants (Fine Dine to Fast Food), Food Courts, Cafés, Bars, Pubs, Microbreweries, Chains/Franchises and 110 Hotels in 54 cities in India and abroad, and a luxury train. We also operationalise international brands in India (Wendy's, Jamie Oliver, Pappa Roti, Wok to Walk etc) as turnkey projects. Many of our projects are award winners, year over year. UOR has in house architecture, design, operations and F&B teams. We undertake end to end projects - from ideation, concept, design, build, menu/recipes, staff, train, operate and handover.
