Under The Rainbow was created by Gillian Fagan, Dermot McCarthy and Philippa Ryder. We were united by our activism for human rights and equality and knew that as a team we could make a bigger impact. We offer Corporate Wellness coaching, Diversity & Inclusion Training, Workplace Solutions, Alternative Networking, Therapy for Diverse Lifestyles. We have a wealth of corporate experience from our own personal career histories to the workplace solutions we have been providing. We believe in constant and never ending improvement as well as personal development so are always on top of workplace trends to ensure we are bringing you the most up to date data driven methods. We offer a range of corporate solutions using evidence based, bespoke training tailored to meet your requirements. We specialise in Workplace Solutions which includes workplace psychology, leadership and development, human behaviour, diversity and inclusion, health and wellbeing coaching and workshop facilitation. Minding your mind starts with minding your business. Data has proven that employees are twice as engaged in their company when there are wellbeing and diversity programmes in place. We help companies implement, improve and maintain solutions in the workplace that will improve the mental health and the acceptance of staff. Wellbeing is not a trend, it is a way of life. Our Therapy Centre on Capel Street offers counselling, psychotherapy, coaching. We work with individuals, relationships (including non monogamous) and groups. Our therapists are fully trained and experienced in alternative and diverse lifestyles. We firmly believe in non judgmental support.
