Undercover Angels Animal Rescue of Saginaw (UAARS) is an all-volunteer group of animal lovers, 501c3 non-profit, foster based animal rescue dedicated to reducing the number of unwanted, homeless, neglected and abused animals in our area. Our goal is to greatly reduce the euthanasia rate at our local animal shelter through community awareness and education, establishing partnerships and our committed rescue efforts.
