This enables us to choose the tool according to the needs identified in the coachee, which may be different for each coaching session, and the coachee's possible desire. The choice of the right tool depends on the personality, the issues and the environment of the person being coached. We create tailor-made tools, adapted to each situation. We pass on these tools in our training programmes.
