About Unearthed.

We are a specialist land and property consultancy established with the aim of increasing the delivery of housing on small scale development sites and self-build plots. With increasing opposition to the development of greenbelt sites, we believe there is a need to reconsider our approach to the development of small-scale and infill sites within the existing urban area. Whilst being inherently more sustainable, these sites often have viability and deliverability challenges that need to be considered at the outset. We offer a range of bespoke services for landowners, developers and self-builders to facilitate the transaction of land and development opportunities. This includes our site search service where we seek to identify and acquire off-market land opportunities on behalf of our clients. Alongside this, we work with landowners to secure purchasers for their sites and are able to enter into option and promotion agreements where a longer term planning view is required. We operate under three basic values in order to ensure we provide a positive service to all our clients: 1.
