About Unfolded Story

Our studio focuses on Urban Design and Architecture. We create designs for spaces and buildings incorporating sustainability aspects, such as: climate change, migration, urbanization, etc. Our goal is to create great design through an optimized process and workflow. Our role is to be a partner to municipalities, private investors, property developers and other actors which define the future of our cities. We work with the buildings and the surroundings in order to get the best result for our clients and people using the spaces. The process combines traditional architectural crafts with modern technology. Sketching and 3D modeling are being created simultaneously and complement each other, which enables us to simulate existing and future conditions of city spaces and buildings. 3D environments can be experienced in VR/AR by clients, stakeholders and designers to make better decisions. This optimized workflow allows us to spend more time on the actual design, and improve communication with clients and consultants avoiding unnecessary cost for the project. Good process enables us to create great design. This includes taking into consideration micro-climatic conditions, change over time, adaptability of spaces, people and economics. We believe in the specific locality of a place where history, topography and other features create the base for the future. We design a project in reference to those existing characteristics with an additional focus on sustainability and human scale. The built environment should make life better, easier and exciting for its inhabitants.
