About UNICOR
Since 1984, the German company UNICOR is one of the world’s leading manufacturer of corrugators for the production of single, double and triple wall pipes for all pipe sizes: from corrugated technical pipes with a diameter of 3 mm up to corrugated sewage and drainage pipes with a diameter of up to 2400 mm. Up to now, more than 900 corrugators of all sizes are running on all five continents. Our innovative technologies, made in-house, make our machines – which have a warranty of up to three years – most suitable for international markets. UNICOR assures top quality, based on the long-time experience of over 30 years and the essential long-term advance in knowledge. Our customers receive machinery solutions tailored to their needs and in accordance with the latest standards and requirements, combined with longevity and our well-known, substantial technical service. Based on this long experience in the field of process technology, we provide equipment for the production of lightest pipes in addition with extremely short changeover times. For our customers, this results in maximum economic success on a long-term basis. The global group of companies for industrial machine and plant engineering, the GAW Group Pildner-Steinburg Holding GmbH, became the new majority shareholder of UNICOR in 2012. The Austrian family company with more than 1650 employees achieve a turnover of 260 Mio Euros per annum with an export ratio of 95 %.
