Unicorn Solutions provides training, consultation, facilitation and advising on creative solutions that aids development of environments for youth and young adults to thrive. Unicorn Solutions LLC seeks to offer unique educational experiences for youth and young adults and the adults who support them. We also work with youth-serving nonprofits, public or private for-profit companies, and government agencies — all delivered with authenticity, integrity, and some Unicorn magic. 🦄 Consultation: A key service of Unicorn Solutions is providing consulting to individuals, organizations, and community groups. Unicorn Solutions can gather information, develop presentations, review content and policy, and provide feedback and recommendations. Following the research and recommendation phase, Unicorn Solutions can also coach individuals, teams, and leaders depending on their needs. Training: Unicorn Solutions offers pre-made as well as tailor-made training solutions, including workshops, webinars, short and long session training, and enhancement of existing training content and curriculum. Speaking & Facilitation: Elliott Orrin Hinkle is a skilled speaker and facilitator. They have provided keynote speeches at national conferences for child and family serving organizations related to LGBTQ+ youth impacted by systems. Elliott also has experience facilitating events, meetings, workgroups, and other experiences.
