OUR ORGANIZATION Founded in 2021, Unified Workforce (UWF) is an organization that focuses on the job seekers from the beginning of their job search while assisting company’s retention pool. As an employee-focused and quality driven organization, we use experiential learning with self-developed curriculum and provide customer service to businesses to fulfill their corporate social responsibility. We also navigate our services through multiple intersections (racism, sexism, and classism) to distinct entities (non-profit, small businesses, corporations, government sectors, and education institutions) by promoting a diverse workforce. OUR MISSION UWF is an organization that assists members of underrepresented communities to find employment opportunities with training and education. In addition, UWF is a conduit for companies by helping with recruiting, and by enhancing their workforce with diverse individuals and their hidden talents.
