About Union Center Pharmacy
Union Center Pharmacy is a contract mail service pharmacy here to serve you and your employees. We are a managed care solution that integrates into both traditional pharmacy benefits as well as accountable care organizations. Our services work to reduce per member per month costs by increasing formulary compliance and patient adherence while simultaneously providing clinical pharmacy interventions to improve population health. We partner with many groups in the Western and Northwestern United States to provide superior customer service and convenience to our patients. It is estimated that up to 50% of people taking a chronic medication stop taking it in the first year. This leads to significant avoidable increases in spending due to urgent care and emergency room visits in addition to eventual primary care services to address down stream consequences. At Union Center we provide an innovative approach to help solve this problem. Three month supplies of medications, personal refill reminders to members, intensive counseling and coaching on new and specialty medications, the convenience of home delivery, just to name a few. With our unique approach we are able to achieve a 96% adherence rate! We are also a division of Kelley-Ross & Associates, with three sister pharmacies in the Seattle area. This affords Union Center the ability to serve patients across the healthcare continuum. This includes long-term care pharmacy services, transitions of care management, on site clinical pharmacist practitioners, immunizations, travel medicine, and customized prescription compounding. For your employees, we offer a fast, convenient, and discrete service. The personable staff at Union Center Pharmacy are at your disposal to help meet their health care needs.
