Union Community Health Center (UCHC) is a private, not-for-profit, Federally Qualified Health Center, serving nearly 40,000 individual patients at five locations throughout the Bronx: 260 East 188th Street, 2021 Grand Concourse, 4487 Third Avenue, 2101 Quarry Road, 2016 Bronxdale Avenue along with its Driving Access to Care program bringing direct Health and Dental Care to our Bronx communities.
