About Uniplan Group

Uniplan was founded through two Directors within the AEC industry who saw and shared the same passion for delivering Government Soft Landings (GSL) accurately and tailored to the Employers needs. Since the launch of GSL in 2016, the industry has seen various approaches in how to deliver GSL and to what standard; often causing confusion in how to efficiently deliver GSL and to what parameters. Like any new policy it can take time for Clients / Consultants and project professionals to adapt their approach and understanding of how best to implement their process for each stage. GSL should be proportionate to the size and complexity of a project, which should be carefully planned from the outset; making sure measured criteria meets the Employers requirements and provides value for money. As it currently stands there still seems to be confusion across sectors of how to efficiently deliver GSL. At Uniplan we have had the pleasure of not only delivering GSL for various projects, but also assisting PMO's in creating documents and processes to streamline GSL deliverables. Having gained this experience across a vast stakeholder landscape Uniplan are in a unique position to have the knowledge and wisdom for delivering GSL in partnership. Incorporating a library of lessons learnt; and how to actually deliver GSL at a optimal level for customer satisfaction; Uniplan stand out from the crowd.
