UniPort is a technology company that matches students from low to mid-income Asian countries to the right institution of higher learning in North America. The big idea is to ensure that students find institutions that are right for them faster without limiting choices. Parallelly for universities, the most significant value of such digital matchmaking will come from lower transfer rates and marketing expenditure. Pursuing this vision is a group of five people trained in the United States with a combined experience of 45+ years in the higher education sector. The platform is a higher education marketplace that provides features to support students with: Quick Scholarship Eligibility Assessments Webinars with University representatives and current international students One-on-one counseling opportunities, both physical and virtual, when required Step-wise guidance during the application, when ready Visa interview preparation session We also have five contact locations (Application Centers) in different cities of Nepal, where our team helps the students and parents throughout the process when physical attention is needed. These Centers also act as a place to hold different in-person seminars.
