Our objective is to mitigate client’s risks, maximize client’s value and exceed client’s expectations through Collaborative Construction. Our goal is to provide our Clients with facilities tailored to their needs, representing the best value for money, completed on time and on budget with the minimum of fuss or disruption to their normal operations. Unitech firmly believes in the ‘Partnering’ approach to project implementation rather than the traditional, often adversarial ‘award to the low bidder’ approach. Project / Construction Management is our only business. We do not engage in any form of general contracting. The best interests of our clients is our number one priority. We enjoy being part of the Management Team and cultivate good working relationships with the Owners, Architects, Engineers and all other team members. The combination of our design consulting and construction experience on projects with a total value of over one half billion dollars has provided us with an intimate and comprehensive understanding of the complete implementation process; inception, planning, development, design, engineering, costing, scheduling, documentation, tendering, construction, furnishing and fit-up through to turn over and occupancy. We provide brief, uncomplicated budgets, schedules and cost reporting sufficient to keep our clients fully informed but not overwhelmed with unnecessary detail.
