About United Accounting Society
The Undergraduate Accounting Society at UC San Diego was founded in 2011 by a group of highly motivated individuals who wanted to establish a formal accounting network at our school for fellow Tritons interested in the industry. We have since expanded our network and have introduced our members to a wide spectrum of established public accounting firms including EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC, BDO, Moss Adams, Lindsay & Brownell, HCVT, and more. Our goal is this - to continuously strengthen our network, our resources, and our members so that they can be at their professional best when facing career opportunities. Our team wants to share its experiences and skills so that you can have the soft and technical skills necessary to showcase your outstanding self to professionals. We bring in the firms so that you can decide which environment works best with your career path and lifestyle. Enjoy the friendships you will make and remember the fun you will have as a part of UAS. Now our organization has welcomed over 500 members, and has helped students secure internships/full time employment with all the firms listed above and more. Through our partnership with the UCSD Career Services and the Rady School of Management, UAS continues to strengthen its relationships with firms and enhance its alumni network.
