HISTORY: United Beverages of North Carolina, LLC, was formed by the merger of four companies: The Blue Ridge Distributing Company, Piedmont Distributors, Proctor Wholesale, and Rowan Distributing. These four successful companies merged in order to be more competetive in the alcoholic beverage industry. Currently, the company is headquartered in Hickory, NC. A branch office is located in Salisbury, NC.
