United Construction & Manpower Service Limited was established in 2013 by our Directors Top Basnet and Jack Maharjan with the vision of becoming a premier manpower supply and contracting company in Hong Kong as well as other parts of the world. Before working together, the two Directors have between them over 30 years of engineering and human resources management experience in the construction industry. United Construction currently supplies over 550 skilled United employees to major building and civil works as well as tunnel construction companies in Hong Kong and it is currently in talks to expand its services to Macau and China. As our company's name signifies; United's mission is to keep all of its employees united together and happy and in turn work as a team to exceed our client's expectations from us! This is why we have the best of best employees we can find in the market working for us! Our worker base consists mainly of local Chinese, Nepalese, Filipinos and Indians who hold valid HKID cards, Green Cards, Construction Registration Cards and various other Trade Certificates. Generally, all of our workers speak good English and conversational to fluent Cantonese. Our vision and mission is to help complete the project on time with zero rate of incident at the working site. We always focus on the safety of the workers and give top priority for the Safety.
