In the last 30 years, the great demand for oil has give rise to the extraction of oil from Mumbai High, the first oil resource of India. As the demand has increased, the Science of Underwater Engineering has evolved leaps and bounds. Tasks, often requiring specialist skills within an alien environment, which could not have been contemplated 30 years ago, are now the need of the hour. Consequently, there has been an ever increasing demand for establishments, consisting of skilled personnel from tradesmen to engineers and equipped with the latest technology, who are able to exercise their particular skills in the underwater environment. Although the impetus for this underwater engineering advancement is a direct result of work in Mumbai High, the whole of the Subsea Industry has benefited with the availability of the new techniques and a new breed of highly trained divers with specialist skills. There are now many new ever-improving types of equipment and tools available which can carry out particular functions better and faster, but none has the overall sophistication and flexibility of the properly trained diver. We hence, provide a well balanced mix of the skilled human and the man made subsea equipments. United Divers was established on April 6, 1988 to provide cost-effective, safe and quality service to meet the various requirements of Sub Sea Engineering, Shipping, Energy, Petrochemical and Offshore Construction industries with its main forte to provide skilled divers. The equipment, resources, knowhow and expertise of the company make it one of the leaders in its field, and the experience of years of work and a vast variety of projects ensure, that work is carried out both efficiently and cost effectively to the entire satisfaction of clients.
