My name is Adrian Baranowski. I started my krav maga journey in Bialystok in 2008, Poland. My first krav maga training was such an extraordinary experience that I remember it till today. Surprisingly, every next krav maga training was full of new experiences, and even after so many years of training there is always something new to learn… I have tried many martial arts during my life like boxing, bjj, wrestling and mma, but finally I decided to stick to krav maga, because it joins the best solutions from all these different styles together. Moreover, krav maga is not just the system of self-defense, it also affects the way you think, act and live… I represent the United Krav Maga World Organisation in Yorkshire.
