We have a wide array of cost affective subcontracting services. Certified Home Health Agencies have contracted therapists from URP as a way of cutting costs. Adult Day Center We provide clients an opportunity to get out of the house for both mental and social stimulation. We strive to give the most enriching experience possible by building upon your loved ones needs, their abilities and strengths. We customize programs to meet the individual needs of each senior’s capability such as rehabilitative services which provide restorative care. Also, we provide socialization for the mind and spirit, nutritional meals for health of our seniors that meet the requirements of federal and state guidelines, our Nursing (RN) supervision for health needs in medication monitoring and administration. The social services we provide assist in senior’s individualized plan of care to enhance your daily living. In Home Services We offer a peace of mind… to our seniors and their loved ones by allowing the senior to remain in the comfort of their own homes. We provide supportive non-medical services to seniors, disabled, and those recovering from a hospital stay. Our URP Home Health Aides are monitored via supervised home visits and go through an extensive training program before they are assigned to our clients.
