About United Shoe Retailers Association (USRA)
A Non-Profit Organization dedicated to serving the entire Footwear Industry. RETAILERS HELPING RETAILERS AND SO MUCH MORE…. ABOUT US: USRA is a Non-Profit organization incorporated in 1977. Members of the WSA created the USRA (formerly the WSRA) out of necessity for the west coast retailers, to give them a voice in the shoe industry. Since then, we have expanded our benefits to be of service to the Retailer, Vendor AND Sales Rep nationwide. USRA provides members with special benefits to enable them to run their businesses in a more profitable manner. Membership in the USRA will help cut operating costs and increase the bottom line. In 1994, the first USRA May Event took place. The USRA May Event is a unique three day event bringing all aspects of the Footwear Industry to one place to find ways we can grow the industry while helping each of our businesses thrive – TOGETHER. It was the first of its kind in the Footwear Industry. Many have tried to replicate the May Event, but no one has even come close. The USRA May Event has truly become an Industry Production and has grown into the biggest and BEST Networking Event you can attend. USRA & the USR offer discounts for: Insurance Packages, Bankcard Rates, Shipping Rates, Trade Publications, Business Management & Consulting Services, Email Marketing, Legal Services, Web Site Design, and special Networking Opps: Trade Show Seminars, May Event Golf Tournament & Seminar, and Much More!
