We are specialized in the development of devices for the evaluation of thermal processes. Our success is based on more than 20 years of experience in the development and production of equipment for scientific and development purposes. Our key technologies are rapid heating vacuum laboratory furnaces (Rapid Thermal Annealing/Rapid Thermal Processing), vacuum soldering ovens for void-free and flux-free soldering as well as soldering ovens (VSS) that allow to apply processes with flux. Our focus is on the individual requests and requirements of our customers. We usually have a suitable solution and do not avoid custom-made production. We have our own software development (we use SIMATIC© controls) and our own mechanical production department.
