Re-commerce and Circular Tech: Purchasing used devices, refurbishing them to lower emissions and waste. 3. E-commerce for Renewed Devices: Offering affordable, sustainable tech online. 4. Subscription Device Rentals: Providing short- and long-term rentals of refurbished devices with protection plans. We focus on diagnostics, sustainable refurbishment, automation, and customer technology, with the goal of promoting sustainable electronics. Our future R&D initiatives include: 1. AI-Based Device Health Prediction: Developing AI diagnostics for more accurate device lifespan forecasting to enhance refurbishment success and circularity. 2. Modular Refurbishment Systems: Designing modular systems for faster, scalable, and lower-carbon device renewal by standardizing repair parts and reassembly processes across various device models. 3.
