Universal Floor and Wall Systems was established in 1996, in response to the need for a professional epoxy flooring company that worked safely and efficiently. We soon realized that clients valued our focus on relationship. We do not disappear after the job is done; we maintain contact and regularly monitor the status of previous installations. By providing durable flooring using clean, cost effective methods, our business increased rapidly. Soon our presence extended from the greater Chicagoland area to the national scene, as we began to serve major corporations. Largely, our business has grown due to the word-of-mouth recommendations of our customers. Currently our staff consists of 28 full time employees. All crews are formed in-house. No outside contractors are used. By using only specifically trained teams, we are able to uphold our commitment to quality control, while preventing unnecessary problems. In 2009, Universal was awarded a supplier code number from ARIBA, authorizing us to work with companies in the ARIBA network. We are also ISN qualified as well.
